Get to know the exciting game of Ultimate frisbee.

Experienced Ultimate players will help you learn throws like the sidearm and backhand.

Join one of many beginners that already joined one of the teams in the Amsterdam league and play a 7 on 7 match starting at 19:30

So don't hesitate and drop by at the fields, the first 2 weeks are free and it's fun!

What is ultimate

Ultimate Frisbee is an awesome teamsport . Each team has 7 players that play on a soccer field.
The goal is to get the frisbee disc to the end zone (just like American Football/Rugby). You can't run with the disc, so the other 6 players on the team have to run and get open to receive the disc.

But the real cool thing about ultimate is that you meet great people, there's no referee and you get in shape. Watch the video to learn more.
